XRH-2020, XRH-3007 and XRH-2061 provide three starting references for a saddle sourcing project. Compare their overall envelope and reference weight first, then verify the mounting interface and rider experience on the intended vehicle. Dimensions alone cannot establish comfort, load capacity or compatibility.
Dimensions and Reference Weight
| Model | Overall length × width | Reference weight | Catalog platform |
|---|---|---|---|
| XRH-2020 | 260 × 210 mm | 684.5 g | Trekking comfort |
| XRH-3007 | 300 × 320 mm | 1138.5 g | Wide city and utility |
| XRH-2061 | 260 × 220 mm | 773.5 g | Trekking comfort |
Dimensions are stated in millimeters. Reference weights relate to the listed saddle configuration; the quoted cover, padding, hardware and packaging must be identified separately. A decimal weight is not a production tolerance. Agree the allowed variation and weighing method if weight is an acceptance criterion.

What the Differences Mean for Selection
XRH-2020 and XRH-2061 share a listed length of 260 mm. XRH-2061 is 10 mm wider and 89 g heavier in the reference configuration. Those differences justify a side-by-side sample review, but do not identify the foam formulation, rail material or mounting geometry. Compare the actual structures before attributing the weight difference to a particular component.
XRH-3007 has the largest overall envelope: 300 × 320 mm. Relative to XRH-2020, it is 40 mm longer and 110 mm wider. Check leg movement, access to the bicycle, seat-post position and clearance around racks, handles or batteries. Do not select it solely because the larger outline appears to offer more support.
The catalog platform describes a starting point for sourcing. It does not approve a saddle for every trekking bicycle, city bicycle or e-bike.
Compare Samples Under the Same Conditions
Use the same vehicle, representative riders and agreed route or use period when a direct comparison is practical. Record the setup so that a different saddle angle or mounting position does not become an unexplained difference in feedback.
| Check | Record for each model |
|---|---|
| Mounting | Underside photographs, rail or bracket dimensions, mating clamp and included hardware |
| Position | Saddle height, angle and fore-aft position within the permitted installation range |
| Clearance | Pedaling space and distance from the frame, accessories and nearby components |
| Rider feedback | Riding posture, duration, support, pressure points and movement |
| Configuration | Cover, padding, base, mounting components and sample identification |
A rider trial supplements dimensional and structural checks. It does not replace the required load or durability testing. Follow the vehicle and mounting-component instructions for installation; do not infer a tightening torque from the model name.
Decide What to Customize
Choose a starting model before combining requests for cover, padding, logo, base or mounting changes. Surface branding and a structural redesign require different review work. See the e-bike saddle customization guide for the development scope and approval sequence.
For a useful quotation, state:
- The selected model and quantity for each color or configuration.
- The vehicle application, rider posture and mounting reference.
- The changes requested from the catalog reference.
- Required appearance, performance checks and packaging.
- Destination market and delivery terms to quote.
Use the custom saddle RFQ checklist to keep these requirements together. Request a model-specific quotation with XRH-2020, XRH-3007 or XRH-2061 in the brief so the sample, configuration and commercial scope can be reviewed together.
Common buyer questions
Which of these three saddles is widest?
XRH-3007 has a listed overall width of 320 mm, compared with 220 mm for XRH-2061 and 210 mm for XRH-2020. Overall width does not establish individual rider fit or comfort.
Are XRH-2020 and XRH-2061 interchangeable?
Their listed lengths are both 260 mm, but that does not confirm interchangeability. Check the underside interface, clamp, adjustment range and clearance on the intended vehicle.
Does the listed weight include packing?
These are saddle reference weights, not shipment weights. Confirm the components included in the quoted sample and weigh the complete packed unit separately for logistics.
Can the cover or logo be customized?
Specify the cover material, color, artwork and quantity for the selected model. Availability, development work and any effect on the construction are confirmed during quotation and sampling.
