This notice explains how Xingtai Chize Electric Bicycle Co., Ltd., trading internationally under the ChiZe brand ("ChiZe", "we", "us"), handles information used with this business website.

Data controller and contact

RFQ information

When the RFQ service is available, the form sends the company, contact, market, product and project information you enter to the authorized ChiZe sales mailbox for inquiry review. A unique reference is included for operational tracking. The form does not write inquiries to a database and does not accept file uploads.

If the RFQ service is unavailable, the website prepares an email draft or copyable brief instead. In that fallback mode, the website does not claim that the inquiry was sent or received.

When you send an email

If you choose to send a fallback email draft, the message is handled by your email provider and the recipient's email provider. ChiZe uses submitted inquiry information to review the project, contact you, prepare samples or quotations, prevent duplicate processing and maintain ordinary business correspondence.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and RFQ Worker and may process standard request data such as IP address, browser information and requested pages. Feishu Mail provides ChiZe's business mailbox and SMTP delivery service. Submitted inquiries and later correspondence are retained as email, not as records in a website database. Your email provider also processes messages that you choose to send in fallback mode.

Website measurement

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” Your choice is stored in this browser so the site does not ask on every visit, and you can reopen Cookie settings at any time. The current reporting phase measures pages and ordinary contact-channel clicks; RFQ events remain disabled. Analytics event data is configured for 14-month retention. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry requirements, request references and full query strings are never sent as analytics event properties.

Retention and security

RFQ and business correspondence may be retained while a sourcing project is active and for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact for follow-up and duplicate control. Records connected to quotations, orders, disputes or legal obligations may be kept longer when required. Access is limited to authorized business personnel and service providers.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information connected to an inquiry, or object to further business follow-up, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. Email kai@chizeparts.com and identify the original company, contact email and RFQ reference where available.

International inquiries

Because ChiZe serves overseas business buyers and uses infrastructure providers in different regions, inquiry data may be processed outside your country. Submit only business information you are authorized to share and do not place confidential drawings in the form.

Changes

We may update this notice when the website, providers or inquiry workflow changes. The date above identifies the current version.
