This notice explains how Xingtai Chize Electric Bicycle Co., Ltd. ("ChiZe", "we", "us") handles information used with this business website.

Static RFQ form

The RFQ form runs in your browser. The website does not automatically transmit or store the company, contact or project information you enter. It prepares an email draft when a sales email is configured, or generates text that you can copy.

When you send an email

If you choose to send the prepared draft, the message is handled by your email provider and the recipient's email provider. ChiZe may then use the information to review your project, respond to the inquiry, prepare samples or quotations and maintain ordinary business correspondence.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the static website and may process standard web request data such as IP address, browser information and requested pages under its own terms. RFQ field values are not sent to Vercel by this form.

Retention and security

The website has no RFQ database or file-upload storage. Email correspondence that you choose to send may be retained for project follow-up, business records, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct or delete personal information contained in an email inquiry, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. Use the published contact method and identify the original company and email used.

International inquiries

Because ChiZe serves overseas business buyers and uses international infrastructure providers, inquiry data may be processed outside your country. Submit only business information you are authorized to share.

Changes

We may update this notice when the website, providers or inquiry workflow changes. The date above identifies the current version.
