For a wholesale range, compare the shape and mounting first. A cover graphic changes appearance; a different shell, rail or seat pan can change the construction and the sampling work.

Customize an existing catalog saddle

Develop a custom seat assembly

What determines a custom saddle quotation?

The model or drawing, changes to the construction, material choices and quantity per version establish the scope. Include sample quantity, logo artwork, unit protection and carton labels in the same request. Ask for sampling, tooling where needed, unit price and packing to be itemized so you can compare equivalent offers.
