Catalog images, dimensions, weights, materials and model references are provided for project evaluation. They are not a binding offer, warranty or confirmation of current availability. Final specifications must be confirmed through samples, drawings, testing requirements and a written quotation.

RFQ submissions

When the RFQ service confirms sending, the ChiZe mail server has accepted the inquiry for delivery to the sales mailbox; this is not a guarantee of inbox placement or a response. If the service is unavailable, the website prepares an email draft or copyable brief and does not claim that it was sent. An RFQ is not a purchase contract and does not reserve production capacity or confirm pricing, tooling, lead time, minimum quantity or delivery terms.

Permitted use

You may use the site to evaluate ChiZe products and discuss legitimate sourcing projects. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, submit unlawful content or misrepresent your authority to share drawings and other project information.

Intellectual property

The ChiZe name, logo, product catalog, original website copy and ChiZe product images published on this site are controlled by Xingtai Chize Electric Bicycle Co., Ltd. or used with its authorization. Reference materials provided by a buyer remain subject to the buyer's rights and any separate confidentiality agreement.

The site depends on third-party hosting and business email delivery. When you choose to send a fallback draft, it also depends on your email application and provider. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or security reasons.
